The 52Pi 5-In Capacitive Touch Screen 800x480 HDMI has been tested on Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone Black, Windows 10 and MacBook Pro. Due to the built-in EDID information, it’s easy to identify the touch screen.
It’s Plug and Play. No Driver Needed! All you need to do is to adjust the resolution on Raspberry Pi. It supports Multi-touch(maximum 10points, only test on Windows 10).
It supports Raspbian, Ubuntu Mate, NOOBS with RaspberryPi; Debian, Angstrom with BeagleBone; Windows / Ubuntu / Mac with PC and Intel-Processor Base MiniPC.
When you use this display with a Raspberry Pi, please edit config.txt to set the HDMI to the native 800 x 480 in case it doesn't detect the resolution properly. The easiest way to edit the config.txt is to put the Pi TF card into an every day computer, and edit config.txt with any text editor and save.
