EVOLV Shaman 2S Medium Volume Rock Climbing Shoe for Sport, Bouldering, & Indoor Climbing

The Evolv Shaman 2S reintroduces our most well-balanced, high-performance climbing shoe in a more sensitive model (PSR 5) for boulders, sport routes, and indoor climbing. While retaining the same midsole that made the original Shaman so powerful, this new Shaman 2S features softer sensitivity that smears better than the original. This gives you the perfect combination of power for small holds and technical climbing, while still offering the high-performance feel you want for modern-style coordination moves and technical smearing. It also features two straps instead of the original’s three to increase the toe patch coverage area and to provide enhanced toe-hooking. We also equipped this rock shoe with our stickiest EVO 74 rubber underfoot and more durable SAS rubber at the heel. There’s an FLX rubber front rand and rear rand to retain the shoe’s powerful camber over time.

Evolv sizing uses three categories of fit: Advanced: Ultra snug - Order same size as street shoe; Intermediate: Snug - Order 1.0 size larger than street shoe; Beginner: Relaxed - Order 2 sizes larger than street shoe. • PSR is a rock shoe selection tool that ranges from (1) sensitive/smearing to (10) powerful/edging. PSR 1-3: Highly sensitive for smearing and volumes; PSR 4-7: Versatile for smearing and edging; PSR 8-10: Powerful for small holds.
• Evolv shoes come in 2 different volumes. Medium Volume MV is appropriate for all performance levels. Low Volume LV is appropriate for intermediate and advanced performance levels. LV is 6% lower volume across entire shoe than MV.
